"Really clean rooms, with a view over light bush / paddock, watching a family of Hares, graze and play. As well as tiny birds in the shrubs under the window's Owner is very friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended away from the crows in Anglesea."

"Nice stay, but cleanliness needs improvement The room at Bellbrae Motel was good — comfortable and with a nice view, which made the stay pleasant overall. However, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and we even noticed a spider, which was a bit off-putting. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, especially in the washrooms, this place could easily be a much better experience."

"Very cosy, peaceful spot near Torquay. The beds are very comfy, the split system is newer and the heater worked perfectly on cold winter’s night. The shower had great water pressure and hot water and the lady at reception was lovely. We will definitely stay here again. It is basic accommodation but has everything you need for a comfortable stay - including fast free wi-fi! It may look rustic but we loved it - lots of charm and history here..."

"Comfy bed, nicely made, lovely staff, good spot to park (no room for trailers), plenty of room for bags. We booked last minute, lucky last for the night. Few things left from previous guests tho, like hair tie in shower & a smart watch. Decor could be freshened up & a bit of extra attention to cleaning corners etc about the place. Fridge was clean & so glad there were no leaks with the big storm that came thru. Wonderful..."
